What specific services am I buying?
- 30 minute therapist introduction

What will the assessment look like?
It will look very different for each person depending on your goals! We have assessment tools for different ages and areas of need. We also worked together with esteemed professor/music therapist, Dr. Gene Ann Behrens to create our own music therapy assessment tool! In general, you will work with your therapist to identify strengths and concerns to assess through music therapy, and then your therapist will introduce different music experiences which will test your skills and functioning within these areas. This may include playing instruments, singing, listening to music, discussions, composing, recording, and more.
How will I schedule appointments?
Your therapist has an online calendar with their open availability. You will receive a link to their calendar and can schedule appointments at your convenience.
What is your refund policy for the Discovery Bundle?
We offer full refunds for any reason prior to signing our service agreement. The agreement goes in depth about the services to be provided, and by this point, we hope that everyone is fully aware of the services that they are requesting. After reviewing and signing the service agreement, we still may offer full and partial refunds if we are unable to provide exceptional services.
